The business will not be liable or responsible for any after thought cancellation after payment has been made and goods and services delivered to you. In case of item defect or delivery of a wrong parcel or item, upon receipt, please kindly notify us at [email protected] within 12 hours of receipt and Fivesia will rectify the issue within an hour of the complaint.

This may involve replacing the item with the new one upon receipt of the previous one without any extra cost charged on delivery.

Some  goods and services will be delivered within  the same day of  payment  if you are residing in Abuja and 2-15 days for those outside Abuja. We will welcome your feedback on your experience with us.
